Do you want to motivate your employees to improve their English? Try using incentives.
You can award badges using a system like badgr, Credly, or many others. You can give credit for activities, like participating in language activities such as lunchtime English tables, or reading articles or presenting in English, etc. You can also give incentives for achievements, such as reaching a particular level of the CEFR (the Council of Europe Framework of Reference for languages). You can try this for any language or skills you want your employees to improve.
Whatever method you choose to incentivize, make sure it helps to motivate your employees and make using English fun. The more fun your employees have using English, the more comfortable they will be and the more they will improve.
Do you want to see what level your employees are in English now?
